Summer has been my season of rebirth for a few years now. This Summer feels even more potent as I am coming back to lush green Oregon after a five month stay in Arizona, where I was recovering my health and had much deliberate thought about my creative and professional endeavors.
In the past three years I've been trying to maintain five different websites for my art projects, my two books, my design and consulting practice and multiple attempts at blog platforms. Being on the road as much as I have been in past six years made it difficult to keep all those websites updated and functioning, so I knew I needed a new way to present my work.
The objective was to unify all my past, present and future creative and professional projects and be able to present them on a single platform without a sense of overwhelm, as well as to start sharing more of my creative process. After three months of intense work I am happy to present the result—the website you are on at the moment.
I have four main avenues of creative work: visual art, writing, art direction and graphic design, and creative project consulting. Three of these are live now and one is coming your way soon.
In the Art section you will find a sampling of the two bodies of work I've created in the last two decades, Imperfect Geometry and 600x600, and a couple of sneak previews of motion art I am working on at the moment.
In the Books section you can download my first ebook—the book of possibilities, and purchase my second book dearest void, as well as watch a couple of videos related to my writing.
The Consulting section is forthcoming in the next few weeks. In 2016 and 2017 I have been distilling over 20 years of my experience in Information Technology, Art Direction and Graphic Design into my methodology for organizing creative chaos. I'm very excited to share the results and help more people make their dreams a reality.
Beside these main areas of interest the new website also contains my new semi-regular blog, where I'm sharing my latest projects and musings, and a brand new online store, where you can purchase prints of my art and books and other products I'm currently developing. I've also set up a mailing list (please subscribe to it) after finding that email works so much better than social media to stay in touch with people interested in my art, books and design.
Last, but definitely not least, I'd like to invite you to read the Gratitude section of the website and download the digital gifts I've created to thank the many people that have supported me and my creative endeavors over the years, as well as to thank you for taking the time to visit me on the web.
There are more developments on the way, as I slowly make my way through a long task list—new blog posts, new video and audio content, new art, new books, new design projects, new collaborations and new products are all making their way to this website. Thank you for visiting and I hope to hear from you.
